About This Tool
Is the production planner free?
Yes, and it works without giving us an email address. Answer the questions and the scope breakdown appears immediately. You only share contact details if you want an actual quote.
Why does it not show a price?
Because an honest number depends on specifics a form cannot capture — locations, access, talent, how many versions you need. The planner shows the scope and the factors that move the cost, which is the part that is true regardless of who quotes you.
What drives the cost of a video production most?
Shoot days first, then travel. A multi-day shoot outside Nairobi carries crew, transport, accommodation and per-diems. After that it is post-production: motion graphics and animation are designed frame by frame and add weeks, not hours.
How accurate is the turnaround estimate?
It reflects typical schedules for each scope tier from brief to final delivery, including revision rounds. Rush delivery is usually possible; it changes the crew plan rather than just the deadline.
